What we collect
Account and billing data only — name, email, payment details. We do not log connection activity, message content, or vault contents; these are encrypted in a way we cannot access even if asked to.
Legal basis
Processed under GDPR, on the basis of contract and legitimate interest.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active, plus any period required by Irish tax law. Connection, message, and vault data is not retained at all.
Payment processing
Handled by a third-party payment processor. Arcane Nexus does not store full card details.
Your rights
